For an increasing number of Indian youth, entering the workforce is far more challenging than that they might expect. A variety of sectors report not being able to fill available jobs due to applicants having insufficient skills. This growing misalignment between the demand and supply for skills means that young people will continue to be underemployed over the next decade.
Our training programme enables students with or without formal education in acquiring life-sustaining skills by providing the confidence, on-going guidance, and support needed to achieve their potential and improving their employability. SK Foundation has its own 50+ training centres all around India and is in the process of establishing 500+ training centres in all over India. The systematic Programmes in SK Foundation assist students in acquiring the latest knowledge beyond the prescribed course of study at institutes helping their overall growth.
SK Foundation offers career guidance to 10th and +2 students in choosing a career course. SK Foundation is an organization managed by a team of highly experienced and qualified professionals who bring with them a cumulative work experience of more than 25 years. With our deep understanding of the human resource and an in-depth knowledge of the industry requirement, we provide practical solutions to overcome challenges both in personnel management and technological issues.
